To use the app, you must register for an account by providing accurate business information, including your Company Name and Type of Business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
AllbrandsUSA reserves the right to verify business credentials before granting full access to wholesale pricing or inventory.
2. Authorized Use and Intellectual Property
This app is a platform for the distribution of original technology products.
Trademarks: All product names, logos, and brands (such as Apple, ASUS, MSI, Toshiba, Acer, and Crucial) are property of their respective owners.
The use of these trademarks is strictly for identification purposes to inform users about the authentic products available for purchase. AllbrandsUSA is an authorized distributor and does not claim ownership or official affiliation with these brands beyond our commercial agreements.
3. Orders and Payments
Placing an order through the app constitutes an offer to purchase.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
AllbrandsUSA reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock inaccuracies or technical errors.
4. RMA and Returns
Users can manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) directly through their Profile section.
Returns are subject to our standard wholesale warranty policies, which vary by product category.
5. Privacy and Data Deletion
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and store your data.
Users have the right to delete their accounts at any time through the "Delete Account" option in the Profile settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
AllbrandsUSA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
